What Does Omega Fatty Acids do for Heart Disease

Omega fatty acids provide a very excellent source that comes from protein. The reason why is because it does not have any fat that is highly saturated. Meat products have tons of fat that is unhealthy and saturated.

When you are at risk for heart disease or cardiovascular disease, omega-3 and fish can really help benefit your heart. It can help to lower your blood pressure, your triglyceride level gets decreased and your chance of getting arrhythmias becomes decreased. Omega Fatty Acids often come in a liquid pill that is easy to swallow. Most times you can get it at a great price and can even find it for ten dollars at your local health store or Wal-Mart.

It's recommended for people to have fish twice a week even if you do not think you have heart disease. It can still help protect your heart and make it stronger.
