What are Atypical Symptoms of Heart Disease?

Atypical symptoms of heart disease are more common than men. Although heart disease kills more women than men and that may be due to women’s symptoms are quite different.

Atypical symptoms are cold sweats, shortness of breath, pain in the jaw, elbow or tooth or in some other odd spot, a heavy weight on your chest like someone is sitting on you, feel like you have heartburn, pain in one or both arms, very tired or weak, (like our getting the flu) sick at your stomach, feel like something isn’t right or  a vast depressed mood for no apparent reason. 

If you have one or a few or all these symptoms call 911 immediately!

Take an aspirin. Chew it if possible it gets into your blood stream faster that way. An aspirin thins your blood and could help your heart pump it a little easier.
