If you are overweight it will still put you at a very high risk. - Diabetes - Not getting enough activity. - Heredity because sometimes it might be in your family and run in it. - Gender because men have more heart attacks then women. - Stress - If you are over 65 you are at a high risk factor for heart disease. - Alcohol - Sex hormones When problems arise and you start feeling pains around your heart or feel that something is not right, contact your doctor right away.
