Beginning signs of Heart disease can start anywhere; Legs, arms, chest, stomach, even types of headaches. Arteries take blood and oxygen to the heart muscle. Any kind of blockage in these arteries it can cause pain in the heart called “angina.” You usually notice this type of pain during or after you exercise. If your blockage is large enough to cut the oxygen off to the heart muscle it is then called ischemic. Heart attacks are caused by the cells being cut off to your heart. Arteriosclerosis referred to hardening of the arteries when the arteries become clogged. This usually starts as a child and sometimes takes a lifetime for plaque to clog an artery. Heart attack can be identified by numerous symptoms which if attended on time can eliminate the chances of inflicting the stroke. One of the most observed symptoms of a heart attack is pressure or pain in the arm, chest or sometimes in the areas below the breast bone. Unusual pressure on the back, arm and throat are other common symptoms. Most of the people experience lifelessness, weakness and anxiety before getting a heart stroke. Attack of Atrial fibrillation occurs after a set of regular pattern in alert signs. Palpitations are a strong sign to put people into the alert mode to evade the attack. In this condition, people get the feel of skipped heart-beats and flip-flops. |
