What Causes Hypertension That Leads to Heart Disease?

1. See your doctor
Check with your doctor before beginning an exercise program. Making significant changes to your daily routine will help in reducing life threatening diseases.

2. Taking it slowly at a comfortable level of exertion and progress gradually.

3. Know your safety limit; if you suffer from sleep problems or fatigue the day after a workout you are over doing it.

4. Exercise regularly, Cardiovascular fitness requires more frequent activity atleast three times a week and a maximum of five times a week to get the most benefit..

5. Exercise at a rate within your capacity as you grow older your capacity gets lower. People over 50 should exercise at a rate of about 40% capacity.
