Oxygen rich blood plays a major role in maintaining the health of our heart. According to practitioners, the lack of oxygen rich blood results into the damage of heart muscles. The flow of oxygen laden blood stream becomes restrictive when there are clots in the coronary arteries. This clot is made of material known as plaque which keeps building up if not diagnosed on time. When the clot becomes large, it narrows down the opening area of vessels and arteries of the heart.
