Is red Wine Good For Heart Disease?

There are a lot of studies being done on heart disease and what can help protect it. Red wine is one of those recent studies. It is now a scientific fact that red wine does indeed help your heart and protect it.

The reason why red wine is good for you is because of the anti-oxidants that it has such as polyphenols. Some of the same anti-oxidants that is in red wine is also located in green tea and even chocolate. It's recommended to have a couple of glasses of red wine each day. You still should drink in moderation and not overdo it just because it is healthy for you.

Having a glass of red wine during dinner and possibly right after can really help. Not only that, but red wine can also help reduce stress. Sometimes stress can be a leading risk factor for heart disease. However, if you find yourself drinking more then three glasses of red wine daily, chances are you are addicted and should stop right away.
